On-line Document Control System

We are currently working with an energy assessment consultant to create a website which will allow then to control the flow of documents between them and their estate agent clients.

When an estate agent has a new job for the energy assessor they log onto the website and register their new job. I.e. the details of a house to visit. The assessor is set an auto-generated email saying that a new job has been logged. When they login at their end the estate agent is sent an email so that they know the job has been received. When the assessor completes their survey they upload all relevant documents and the estate agent is then able to download them for review.
